Teacher Substitution / Replacement
All substitution needs are managed through Scolago. To place yourself in our bank of substitute teachers, you must first create your profile and add at least 1 ETSB school to your list of establishments.
The following documents must be added to your profile :
Schooling & Experience:
- Copies of your post-secondary diplomas
- Copies of your university transcripts
- Copy of your teaching license (brevet), if applicable
- A resume (CV)
For studies completed outside of Canada, a comparative evaluation of studies must also be provided. For more information on applying for a comparative evaluation of studies, visit click here.
Profiles are evaluated by the Human Resources team. Approved candidates will be contacted and the following documents will be required prior to the activation of the account:
- Employee information form
- Declaration of judicial record
- Declaration of duties in schools
- Identification questions – Equal access to employment
- A void cheque
